Tim enjoys musical collaborations in many forms including chamber operas where he plays solo cello in the ensembles
Tim also played in with Music Theatre Wales opera in an original Welsh language opera
Y Tŵr (The Tower) composed by Guto Puw. The company toured in Wales in the summer of 2017 and then came to the Buxton Festival.
A video recording of their ground-breaking production of the opera is available free to view as part of Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru’s Theatr Gen Eto programme.
With Music Theatre Wales, the zany opera The Golden Dragon by Peter Eötvös was also at the Buxton Festival (July 2016). Tim led the cellos of the English Chamber Orchestra at Grange Park Opera for several seasons.
